Some of those cameras are primarily stills cameras but also shoot video.   Really i think you just have to consider your budget, think about what the key features that you need are for what you want to shoot, and read reviews, and read user opinions and make a choice.   Theres so many machines in your price range its really tough to recommend one.     I have personally read many positive reports of the Sony RX100 but that is primarily a stills camera.
